2019 KCSE Results Released, How To Check Via SMS

Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha has today released the 2019 Form Four national exam results. The top student is Buluma Tony with 87.159 points from Kapsabet Boys High School.

The results were announced to the public from the Kenya National Examinations Council headquarters on Dennis Pritt Road after Prof Magoha met and briefed President Kenyatta at State House in Nairobi.

While giving the report, the CS has strongly talked against making students who perform poorly ‘life failures’. “Don’t ever tell your child they are a failure.” he said as he shared the results of a couple of students who scored below 300 in KCPE but have performed considerably well in the KCSE exams.

More than 600,000 candidates wrote the tests between November 4 and 27, 627 students scored grade A, 5,796 scored a mean grade of A- & 125,746 students scored a mean grade of C+.

Kenya High School has topped the list of schools with the highest number of A (Plain) grades. 76 students from the school scored the top grade. Kapsabet Boys High School had 49 students who scored A (Plain) while Alliance High School had 48 students who scored A (Plain).
