Mimi Ni Mwizi! Man Screams While Running Naked in Kawangware After Being Chased by Woman With Cooking Stick
Drama erupted in Kawangware estate on Friday, August 1, 2025, when a man believed to be in his late thirties was forced to flee a woman’s house completely naked while shouting “Mimi ni mwizi!” after an unexpected confrontation went south.
The bizarre incident brought business in the area to a standstill as residents abandoned shops and kiosks to follow the commotion.
According to eyewitnesses, the man was seen jumping over a fence from a rental compound near Naivasha Road shortly after 9 AM. What made the situation even more confusing was the man’s loud cries, admitting he was a thief while being chased by an angry woman brandishing a wooden cooking stick.
“At first we thought he had stolen something from the house. But then someone shouted that he had been found with the woman in the house and the husband came back unexpectedly,” said a boda boda operator at the scene.
The woman, whose identity has not been revealed, is said to be in her early forties and lives in the estate with her two children. Neighbours confirmed that she is known to be very private and was never suspected to be involved in any form of scandal. To continue reading, click here.
