Lawyer and Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior has offered to represent gymnast Wendy Waeni free legal advice after the young girl claimed that her former manager Joe Mwangi had exploited and conned her and her foundation.
Senator Mutula shared a picture of himself with Waeni, 14, at his office when she was at the beginning of her career stating that the picture was taken by Joe Mwangi who was Waeni’s manager at the time.
The tweet went viral and drew the attention of Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja who prompted Mr. Mutula to legally represent the girl. He agreed.
