Mututho’s Son Martin Munene Mate In Another Fraud Syndicate, This Is What We Know
Former Nacada boss Son Martin Munene has joined his brother Daniel Njenga alias Charles in defrauding city residents if what is in court is something to go by.
Munene is facing charges of defrauding businessman Basma Kosso Abdalla to the tune of Sh5.5 million on the ground that he was in a position to help him import a Toyota Prado, a fact he knew to be false.
The accused person allegedly committed the offence on September 26 at around 2 p.m. in Riverside within Nairobi County.
He denied the charges before a Kibera magistrate and was released on Sh 1M bond.
The case will proceed next month for a full hearing.
