Mombasa Lawyer Sheila Muthee Charged with Stealing 17.5 M from Her Client
Lawyer Sheila Nkatha Muthee appeared at the Mombasa Court in Mombasa County on Thursday, 21st November 2024, where she denied stealing Ksh 17,500,000, which was part of Sh 52,500,000 — proceeds realized from the sale of property belonging to Mr. Cripsy Limited.
The money had been received by her for and on behalf of Mr. Cripsy Limited while she was acting as an agent for the company. She also denied 9 counts of issuing bouncing cheques to Osman Mahmoud Mohamed. The court will rule on her release on Friday, 22nd November 2024.
She prides herself as a High Court Advocate is a shrewd operator for the mighty and high including the corrupt judges.
Through the Muthee and partners Advocates,Sheila has managed to manipulate clients into submitting to her dirty tricks.
Muthee has managed to acquire Multi-million properties-most of them in Nyali, Diani and other parts of Mombasa and Kilifi.
Most of the properties have been acquired through collaboration with land grabbers, cartels within the county governments of Mombasa and Kilifi. She is also well connected to cartels within the national government.
Muthee has perfected the art of working with rogue suppliers, judiciary cartels and civil organisations to manipulate unsuspecting people into multimillion deals
