First Kenyan Movie Set To Air On Netflix
With over 150 million subscribers all over the world, Netflix remains the biggest movies streaming provider and every movie maker’s dream to have their content approved and aired on.
‘Poacher’ a Kenyan film about a daring farmer who steals ivory from international terrorists and has to elude their dangerous and deadly games.
The movie which is directed by Tom Witworth a Kenyan/British National, was shot in over six days in Kenya’s Tsavo West National Park with a cast and crew of over 30 people.
Actor Brian Ogolla who acts as Mutua stars on the film that swells on poaching a menace that has seen the Kenyan wildlife face risks of extinction and a major challenge to the government.
The Kalasha awards winning movie is set to premiere on Netflix on the 30th day of September.
