Man in Sh 1.9M fake Mangoes export deal charged in court
A man accused of defrauding a woman Sh 1.9M,in fake export deal has been charged in court.
Muriuki Karuri Musyoka has been charged that on diverse dates October 31,2023 and November 7,2023 in Nairobi CBD ,with intent to defraud obtained Sh 1,950,000 from Rose Musyoka by falsely pretending that he was in a position to enjoin her in a business of exporting Mangoes to Oman,knowing it was untrue.
Through his lawyer Kevin Turunga,the accused pleaded with the court to be released on favourable bond terms.
He was released on Sh 500,000 bond or a cash bail of Sh 100,000.
