Shame As Veteran Lawyer Tobias Muga Ongalo Abandons Son Body To Rot At Lee Funeral Home Since February
The antics and behavior of senior lawyer Tobias Muga Ongalo has left friends and relatives ashamed and frustrated.
The elderly lawyer who spent years working as KCB company secretary had refused to bury his only son, four months after he committed suicide due to family frustrations.
Samson Jonyo Muga, 40, used a rope to kill himself, a day after 2019 Valentines Day.
His body was discovered by his mother in his Ruaka apartment on 16th February 2019.
Believe it or not, Samson’s body is still lying at Lee Funeral Home.
His now decomposing body cannot undergo more embalming yet his father, veteran advocate Tobias Muga Ongalo has flatly rejected pleas to bury him.
Ongalo worked at KCB as company secretary becomes angry and violent when asked when the son will be buried.
Ongalo hails from Kadem, Nyatike Constituency, Migori County.
The excuse he gives is that he wants to build a rural home before burying Samson. The man, in his late 70s has not built a rural home. The last time he was seen in the village is in the 1990s.
This strange behavior has put Ongalo at loggerheads with Samson’s relatives and close friends. Samson was married with one kid.
