Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Hints at Filling a Lawsuit Against China on The Consequences Of Covid-19
China’s troubles are far from starting, while the country where the virus originally emanated from hence referred to as Wuhan/China virus boasts of having contained Covid19, the worst could just be starting for them.
China whose official figures remain under 4,000 despite accusations that they covered up the true figures, has its normal lives back in track but the world is not buying.
Germany, recently through a newspaper memo, threatened to sue the Chinese government for compensation for upto $162B. It’s not just Germany eyeing this. Suburban NYC County has also sued the Chinese government and the WHO for conspiring to escalate the pandemic by disclosing crucial information to contain the virus.
There have been suggestions by experts to have Chinese government to pay for the huge loses cost to economies especially to the struggling Africa’s.
In Kenya, major economic pillars like tourism and agriculture has literally ground to an halt. As a mitigation measure, most firms have worthier closed down or reverted to working from home.
In America, over 25 million have already been rendered jobless and applied for unemployment benefits. The state of Missouri through their Attorney General, Eric Schmitt, is filling a lawsuit against Chinese government for causing severe economic consequences in the state.
“COVID-19 has done irreparable damage to countries across the globe, causing sickness, death, economic disruption, and human suffering. In Missouri, the impact of the virus is very real – thousands have been infected and many have died, families have been separated from dying loved ones, small businesses are shuttering their doors, and those living paycheck to paycheck are struggling to put food on their table,” said Attorney General Schmitt. “The Chinese government lied to the world about the danger and contagious nature of COVID-19, silenced whistleblowers, and did little to stop the spread of the disease. They must be held accountable for their actions.”
Kenya’s SC Ahmednasir Abdullahi who has been openly vocal about Chinese capture and destruction of the Kenyan economy, hinted at the closest possibility of pursuing the case and suing China Fr the sane consequences. “The FIRST OFFICIAL LAWSUIT by a STATE in America against China on the cause and consequences of the Coronavirus…more will follow all over the world…and I’M CAREFULLY studying the relevant laws…” He hinted.
Ahmednasir has not been mincing his words and a largely suspicions of China, “From masks to testing machines and even VENTILATORS, CHINA has flooded the world with faulty third rate and fake equipment…it’s in the DNA.” He noted.
chinas billionaire Jack Ma took to his Twitter yo announce about a 3rd batch of medical supplies donation to Africa and once again the vocal lawyer didn’t mince his words, “I just hope the quality and standards are up there.” There have been cases where medical supplies from China were found to be contaminated with coronavirus as in the case of UK and being substandard as in Spain where they were returned.
Its only time that will tell how the SC will go and how hard he will punch.
