Hype Balo’s six co-suspects, among them Dj Joe Mfalme, shall be prosecution witnesses, this is according to the Office of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
DJ Mfalme was freed along two of his staff and three police officers after the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) informed the court that only Allan Ochieng will face charges.
